Easy to find. Very large room on 6th floor. A bit dark. Good shower and bathroom area. Didn't have breakfast or use the bar. Close to the Constitution Square

Nice hotel, though lacking some amenities/safety features
This hotel was in a great location and had wonderful, friendly, speedy staff.
I was a little surprised at a few things: 1) there is a €5.50 surcharge for room service in the morning, meaning even if you’re just ordering a coffee it’s over €7. In Spain coffee is usually €1-2. This is extremely inconvenient if traveling alone with a child. There also was no coffee machine or kettle in the room so basically you have to wait until you can wrangle your toddler down to breakfast. 2) the breakfast is limited compared to other NH hotels, though the staff was lovely. 3) the balcony door didn’t really lock; we were on the 6th floor but it was a concern for me with a child. 4) the door only has a bolt, no physical lock. This means my child could open the door on their own. This was also a concern.
